Some had guessed that Wii Sports will be bundled and maybe a web browser wasn't much of a surprise. But a news and weather channel? Jeezo!!! There is also a photo browser and as previously announced a DVD player. Another surprise to me is that the Wii doesn't play music if it is now jumping on the multimedia bandwagon. Or have I just missed that bit? Anyways this is the discussion thread for the info we have all been craving for!

[Update] Nintendo to announce European Luanch details at a special press event in London on Friday the 15th of September. Press release also hints at a further secret to be revealed to VIP 24:7 members. I am a member so I will update this as soon as the news comes in Here is the link:

[Update 2] Please don't be too disappointed with me. The news for VIP 24:7 members was just that www.wii.com is now online. It is currently only available in Japanese but Europeans will have it in their region's languages on Friday. Expect the American part to go live later today. There are some awsome videos though. Even if it is in Japanese you should go check it out. I haven't seen them all. I don't have time but someone should check them out just in case there is new info to be gleaned about the upcoming Wii titles.
