Taken from the microsoft forums is a discussion that i had with someone regarding something weird that happend to my account, I eventualy found out what happend and well, it goes like this.
Disconnected from xbox live without an error messege.

When I attempt to connect to xbox live, I recieve a messege saying that my account has been suspended due to a problem regarding payment and that I should modify my account to fix the problem. I try to connect and modify my account information, but i'm sent back to the main dashboard screen when it tries to connect.
I thought this would be a problem with one of the updates that i recieved, but it still persists about 4 months after I first came across it.... Some of the other accounts that are on the console work fine, it's just mine which doesnt seem to be fixable. Any help with this would be apreceated.
Response: First, try going to https://billing.microsoft.com to review your billing details and make any necessary updates to resolve your suspension. Second, contact Xbox Support on the phone and choose the option to speak to a Billing agent.
One day later: this is so sad -_-, basicaly during my accounts gold membership, my xbox recieved the red ring of death and i had to send it in for repairs. during that time i attempted to contact microsoft to cancel my gold membership and failed in doing so. I figured i would just stop putting funds in my card so that nothing would be charged. In doing so microsoft accumilated charges that i was notified of through email and after not recieving the money my account was deleted. Soooo, i have to create a new account. Heh, problem solved..
yeah, automated deletion, that's freakin creepy @_@
