@bongaconga: There's something about Thief's graphics that reminds me of the PC version of Tomb Raider 2 lol I've recently started playing that game and I've been really enjoying it, didn't expect to get so scared by those zombies in the caves on the second level, though
I replayed Splinter Cell a few months back, really did enjoy it. I really like the urban and indoors environments and the whole "cyber warfare" theme. I've only played the first one, Pandora Tomorrow and Blacklist, and while I like Pandora Tomorrow, I feel like the outdoorsy and "exotic" locations in that game weren't as cool as those in the original game.
By the way I should go on Steam and buy Chaos Theory, missed that game and I only hear good things about it.
Could the apparent protagonist be John Marston's older brother? The way the camera cuts from Marston's face to the other guy's face, close up as if to show the similarities (and difference of age) between the two, seems to indicate that. I don't remember in RDR's story if he had one.
Imagine how disappointed 14 year old me, an avid reader of this website, would have been upon knowing that GameSpot in the future would be more concerned about covering games by emulating the commentary of news outlets that are more concerned about those "damn video games" poisoning people's minds than being a website written by people who play video games to inform people who play video games.
Who'd have thought that David Cage games have barely any *gameplay* and that they could have essentially been done on DVD players with choices taken on menus as background videos played, huh
