Another visit with Grandpa just brought up major bad news. He... can't walk anymore, and when he lies down on the bed, he can't pick himself up. Last week, we brought him to the hospital and he was quite strong enough to walk on his own. It seems that his condition has worsened. He avoids bending frontwards or backwards, otherwise he may get shocked (which totally made me break in tears). Now he sits quietly in the couch, where he must stay upright to eat, sleep, and interact. At the same time, he experiences pain, and takes morphine to numb it, although the medication doesn't seem to work according to him.

It is becoming a serious matter in the family, and I do hope he will get well soon.... or at least live enough to enjoy the best of what life offers.

Well, to start, I have to wake up every morning at 5:30 AM to get ready, and well, my sister woke me up, but I fell asleep again. An hour later, I was lucky enough to be on time! ^__^

Seven periods... man what a day! All we did was talk about the usual stuff... class standards, rules, expectations, and what we will be going on. Sixth and seventh period were quite interesting. My sixth period teacher is my English 2-A instructor, and I can see that we'll have a very interesting year.... he kinda reminds me of Monk in the TV show on USA. My seventh, well, I have French. A mixture of four classmen, and it was very interesting. At least my instructor is nice also.

I fell asleep during PE though.... nothing to do, just sit on my bottom for one whole hour! Gosh!

^____^ At least I survived the first day of sophomore year! :)

I went to the Ben 10 guide here at TV.com, and I just noticed that there is a new banner. ^__^ Looks good, and the bright colors of lime green make it stand out. Kirby dots seem to be a well-known artifact, and there is someone who loves these. :)

This kind of work was not easy, as I did it all by hand. I am extremely tired, and it used quite an enormous amount of my time, but I enjoyed doing it along the way. Many thanks to the friends, the fans, and the whole community. You have been the best.

Well, after one whole week of extremely hard work, I finish the episode screenshots of the current season! A total of 136 hours of work, over 5,000+ pictures, over a hundred times to check links, over millions of times that the picture quality is OK, and over millions of Ben 10 fans to enjoy what I've provided. To be honest, I was very glad to do it, and I don't think it was a waste of time. I did it for you, and I hope you guys will at least give a thanks. :) It would help relieve some of my fatigue and let me rest easily. ^__^

TOTAL OF PICTURES: Approx. 4,500+ images, average 48.8 KB each individual file, average 640 x 480 and 720 x 480

TOTAL DATABASE SIZE: 200 MB, each episode average 3 MB

AVERAGE NO. OF IMAGES IN INDIVIDUAL EPISODE: about 182+ pictures

AMOUNT OF BANDWIDTH FOR TESTING: Over 5 GB per individual episode, that's about an average of 120+ GB used

Again, these images can be used the way you want to use it. Just remember that I've worked really hard to bring it to ya.

I have some serious news... our family is heading to the hospital to bring my grandfather there. I don't exactly know the reason why, but I feel that it's something serious. I couldn't sleep when I was told about it. My dad says that he's having trouble standing up, and he hasn't eaten regularly lately...

I hope my grandfather feels a lot better in the future, otherwise, I don't know what I'll do...

- receive more Ben 10 collectables (I am so into Ben 10, I have to have the figures and the toys),

- made more friends in my website,

- leveled up here at TV.com,

- got paid $1000,

- going to L.A.!!!,

- getting more site recognition,

- planning to meet the Ben 10 crew!!!! :D :D,

and ARRGH! too much!! I am so glad how the past days turned out!! I'm also looking forward for my trip to LA! YAY!

Ahhh... August... the start of a new month. Quite refreshed, if I do say so myself. But one bad thing that horrifies me... school, school, school, and more school.... ehhh.... looks like it's time to hit the book again. I'll be a sophomore this year, and if any of you guys experienced it already, I wonder how the second year of high school was like.
