People who still think video games are only for kids need to get over themselves. There are a number of mature games out there for older gamers. Personally it makes me happy to see people 35 and up still playing games. :P

lol honestly you guys shouldn't bother with those kind of people. they got issues up there in the their heads. gaming is no longer for kids anymore, its a genuinehobby now. it has no age limit, you can be 7 or 60 year old.

lets be honest i haven't seen any 3ds game look as good as a avg vita game. 3ds despite having good games currently doesn't have a lot to offer either. both handhelds are losing to smart phones/tablets.

Don't think it will be discontinued soon. It's a very nice system. Best hand held for gaming bar none. I just got one a couple days ago and I gotta say the games are quite awesome. Traded in my 3ds which was collecting dust. The vita is far superior in every way. It is a pretty good deal for what you get. GameStop is probably trying to push the inventory that has been there a long time. The vita has not been. chris24l

of course it is, i remember a director from nintendo calling vita as a very amazing device. downfall for vita is price and almost zero marketing.

no its not worth it currently. 3ds is the better choice currently, but vita will also be viable in few months. price cut(probably a new cheaper model) and lots of good games. so either wait few months for vita or buy a 3ds.

no its not weird, sometimes as adult you need a break from all those violent/shooter games. the nintendo handhelds can give you that break.

if you're a good fan of gundam, then pick it up. don't worry there are million(exaggeration) translation guides for it. i would have it, if i wasn't broke. its also an easy plat if you're somewhat dedicated.

just a tip, buy the screen protector. its like 10 bucks, saves the screen from annoying scratches

guys above forgot a big point, the vita needs to be deactivated first with the old account. then format it with the way mentioned above. if its new why does it have a psn account.
