Well i've wondered that as well before and i think it just affects 480p resolution... It may make the black level darker though if you are using 720p/1080i/p.
LoL most of the people saying he has no life...etc. have really high gamerscores and have the time to write a paragraph or two on how he should have a healthier lifestyle.. when they in fact are true average hypocrits.
