These current consoles have lost most of the point that consoles used to have. You don't play a game for a few months then you have to update the dam thing before you can play. Consoles used to be great plug and play but now it put this in download patch and play.

Why get a console over pcs now all they offer is is a simplified pc experence?

Consoles used to be so much better when they released full games and you could count on putting the disk in and playing the game instead of waiting for the stupid thing to update.

ok it's $308 but it is much more powerful than a ps3 and is far more useful, sure you need windows if you don't have a copy lying around, but it's still only $400 which is a way better deal than any consoles

think about this x360 gpu = 48 shaders and is clocked at 500mhz while the radeon 4650 has over 6 times as many with 320 and is clocked at 600mzh.

that pc will completly destory consoles for the rest of this gen for not much more.

You would get a much better deal if you spend another $100 but you don't need to to beat consoles.

For a cheaper price than blank Blu Ray discs and a Blu Ray drive for the computer you could get a portable hard-drive and store all your info on that instead. My dad doesnt have a Blu Ray disc collection so I couldent borrow a movie from him. I could however borrow a dvd and use it on my dvd drive on my computer. DVD, the format that has more movies on it than Blu Ray and costs half the price or even less than that.
