Here comes the flood of self deluding fanboy tears because the game they've been hyping has not only gone multiplat but will be worse on their platform of preference. ;)

"At first the creature will be hostile towards the boy, but as the boy cares for the creature, cleaning it, playing with it and feeding it, that relationship, or bond will grow.

Overtime, the boy will use the creature to solve platforming puzzles, but the creature is alive and acts naturally, as if it were a real animal. Persuading it to do what you need will take patience and guile, not force."

SPOILER ALERT!!

Dumbledor dies.

1. Game is slightly longer than 4 hours. Literally no exaggeration here, I beat the first 2 levels in less than 90s minutes, and I was **** around. There is no exploration or anything to be had. And the third level consists of a mediocre licensed title level 5 minute driving sequences that takes you directly to a boss, so it's a 20 minute level.

2. The levels are small and pathetic, the 5 levels are about the size of a COD multiplayer map. It's simply pitiful. Everything is rehashed in this crappy textured black & white world.

3. The game is repetitive as **** the only reason it even lasts this long is because you need to grind up points to access the final boss on each level.

4. The combat, you can punch and swing your chainsaw. You can grab somebody and throw them. That's pretty much it. There is no depth in combat and you must get points by doing gimmicky **** like sticking tires or posts into people's heads. Then either throwing them in garbage cans to chop them into pieces or stick them onto a wall of spikes. After beating the first level you've literally done everything, and are repeating the same **** over and over again with little to no variety. If they didn't throw you a gimmicky weapon once a while this game's combat could be fully experienced to the max in 10 minutes of play.

5. Wiimote sucks once again, horribly.

Wiitards are owned, end of story. This game blows compared to ANY competent next gen action game.

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/final-fantasy-xiii-how-will-it-work-on-360-article

"In fact, the main cause of the frame drops in the PS3 demo (which Square has pledged to fix) shouldn't cause many problems for the 360 at all. Square has clearly had issues handling transparent alpha textures - it's the single biggest contributor to frame loss in the demo. And it's the reason there's a bizarre dithering around the characters' hair. Due to the 10Mb of onboard eDRAM directly connected to the Xenos GPU, alpha blending has far less of an impact on performance with the 360. In some scenes we expect the 360 version to have the edge over the 'native' PS3 code. "

"First things first. Despite some rumbling from certain quarters of the internet, the game engine is most definitely running at 720p resolution, with clean visuals brought out thanks to the inclusion of 2x multisampling anti-aliasing. The inclusion of MSAA is somewhat rare on PS3, but very common indeed on Xbox 360. What is clear, however, is that Square-Enix is facing key technical challenges, with variable and sometimes disappointing performance in the demo code."

"Few games on 360 run with 'proper' HDR. Halo 3 is one of them, but this comes at a cost of a sub-HD resolution and no anti-aliasing. In the case of Final Fantasy XIII, the drop down to MDR simply makes more sense as opposed to savagely cutting down resolution or anti-aliasing. So aside from small changes to lighting, we expect the games to be totally like for like in the real time 3D sections, and due to that lightning fast eDRAM, there's a strong chance that performance may actually be smoother. How small will the changes to lighting be? Considering we spent the best part of the day firing off 'is it proper HDR/isn't it' emails to one-another, let's just say that it's highly unlikely any one will notice. A useful by-product of moving away from proper HDR on 360 will be that the alpha transparency issues the PS3 version has with the way it handles characters' hair will most likely vanish."

Cowfilth has been demolished once again, further proving their irrelavance as a faction. Now go hype for some irrelavant third rate FPS from Sony's abysmal western first party stable, while secretly crying every night for some RPG announcements. Cows have become shooter fans, and abandoned everything PS2 stood for to play generic western GARBAGE.

[QUOTE="azazela31"]

[QUOTE="Willy105"]Whatever you guys do, stay away from Systemwars.com. It's horrible.tylergamereview

Can't take the heat there eh? People put your delussional self back into your place, and you can't spout random trash. Then again you're a Wii fanboy with a friendcode in your sig, what can we possibly expect.

... Systemwars.com sounds like a wonderful place!

It's got a niche appeal.

Speaking of of the old days, anybody still got my old PS2 games list. Trying to find it dammit, was so good for spamming. It had over 40 games with 3 pics per game, and that would stretch and breaking the coding of each page making it a nightmare to scroll through.

Uncharted 2 looks good but it has a colourful, and cartoony artstyle to an extent. The screens are also doctored and resampled to **** the game doesn't have 16fsaax.

A civilized SW with no fanboy groups has created a braindead vegetable like new generation of SWers, the old school ones were comedians, actors, baiters, generally very entertaining and talented people.

Who wants to read your 5 pharagraphs of fanboy drool explaining why you're an emotionally invested and blind fanboy of a kid's toy console? No one.
