if you run windows xp media centre, theres an app called transcode 360 that streams xvid avis from pc to your 360 so you can watch them.

works pretty sweet 

dont think it will be much quieter if any at all, its basically still running the same hardware, one would assume it'd have an extra fan in their somewhere for the processors, but you never know, full specs for it arent out as far as im aware.

its not released yet so talk about games not playing/running properly wouldnt be accurate.

some games allow guest players. (like graw) but some games dont. COD3 does i think.

they just dont let you into ranked matches, you'll see anyways 

but you can also by a secondary live account,. i dont think its that expensive.

just been looking at it on the link they give to the U.S site, only mentions u.s and canada i am looking into at the aust xbox site.

although on the u.s site it says

Doesnt say you mightent get a refurbished one, which kinda sucks :(

They cant give you a refurbrished one anymore, they either fix it or send you a new one. Its under their new warranty claim. It was renewed a couple weeks ago.Elementguy13
