I haven't decided whether to crossfire or not?

Instead I might buy a new Graphics Card in two years time( If the CPU doesn't bottleneck that).

MY Budget for the card is 140$ at most.

btw Do all Cards with 2 PCIx16 Slots support SLI and Crossfire

Palit 9800GT 512MB DDR3 @ 7.3k
Palit 9600GT 512MB DDR3 @ 6k

Sapphire HD4850 512MB DDR3 @ 9.2k
Palit HD4850 512MB DDR3 @ 8.8k

Palit HD4830 512MB DDR3 @ 8.4k
MSi HD4830 512MB DDR3 @ 8.2k
Sapphire HD4830 512MB DDR3 @ 8k

Hi I've Decided not to get the 4850 after hearing about its cooling problems(Heatsink?) in the forums and especially problems on Sapphire.

Please compare the 9800GT, 8800GT, 9600GT and HD4830 in terms of quality since their prices here in India are less than the 4850.

Also please suggest a PSU+Case for 100$ to 120$ for the following config:

Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66

Mobo : GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P

Ram : Kingston 2x2 GB DDR2 800MHz

Hard Drive: Seagate/Western Digital 320GB-7200RPM

Please Compare the following for the following Rig:

1)Corsair VX450 vs CM extreme power 600 (Which will Run the abovementioned System well?)

2)E7300 Vs E7400

3)Antec 300 Vs Cooler Mater 590 Vs Cooler Master 690? (keep in mind their prices?)

What is the Best producer of 4850?-MSI,Palit,Sapphire etc

What Graphics cards are Slightly Cheaper than 4850 (~20$)?

Will the Antec 300 be able to cool this?

Apparently the 900 doesn't cool too well either according to this review. http://www.custompc.co.uk/labs/238059/antec-nine-hundred.html

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400

Mobo : GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P

Ram : Kingston 2x2 GB DDR2 800MHz

Graphics Card: MSI R4850-T2D512 Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3

Hard Drive: Western Digital 320 7200RPM Model: WD3202ABYS

I need a psu under 80$ and a case under 45$ for this config.

Q)Do cases come with USB Slots in front or do we have to do it?

Also how do I check if I have enough and correct rails?

And if there is anyone from India here please tell me cost of all the components in Rs?

Also I should be able to use Windows 7 and any new Games in 2009 (though not at the highest detail)

I already have DVD Writer(IDE) .

Also Suggest Good But Cheap Monitor (Not Part of Budget I just gave you)
