I know the ps3 and xbox versions have a map editor, but its NOT impossible for someone to mod/add some new guns for the pc version.

 look @ cod 4 dlc maps vs. the trash made by the community

look @ tft 2 original maps vs imbalanced unplayable trash user maps

 dont get me wrong there are plenty of good mods but the vast majority of mods are trash

im not buying that comp just for gta 4.... i want to run all my multi-player games at max fps at max settings and my pentium 4 is unable to deliver
