I hate how frequent events like this are nowadays, it serves no real purpose other than causing suffering to innocent people. I hope the injured will make good recoveries, and my heart goes out to the dead and their loved ones.

I was honestly hating this concept when Sigma was the only one announced as DLC. Seriously, one of the game's two MAIN VILLAINS is day one DLC, yet he's in the base game as a story enemy? That's severely messed up! I'm not against adding characters later on in a game's life cycle since they didn't have the time and/or budget to do it before, but their literally just holding a decent fraction of the roster hostage on day one. The greed is real.
Oh well, this game already had enough disappointments to stop me from buying it, to be honest.
So I guess Sonic Team was the problem all along huh?
At least half of the problem was them, yes. Although it didn't help that Sega keeps pushing for rushed releases to get ready for holiday sales and console releases, which results in the games either being really short (Colors and Generations) or completely broken (06 and Boom).
Hopefully, Mania is successful enough to show them both to spend more time making one great game that improves on past game formulas rather than just jumping on a whole new game idea and making it in a year or less. I still have a little hope that Forces could come out good, but even if it doesn't, I'm just glad we finally have an awesome Sonic game like Mania again.
I feel like that heavily depends on what games the Gamecube comes with. Some Gamecube games are pretty rare and the two Wii games you mentioned aren't hard to come by, at least if you don't mind digital download.
I get some of the complaints behind Fallout 4, but I still find it a really fun and overall great game. However, despite the issues some had with that game, it's still LEAGUES above Andromeda. It's easily the worst of the Mass Effect series and just a bad game in general. And let's face it, they knew about most of those facial animation glitches and bugs before launch and released it anyways. People often make jokes about Bethesda's glitches, but Andromeda's glitches were the thing people remember most about Andromeda, solely because everything else is really underwhelming.
If you want some terrible character design, look no further than Castlevania Judgement! A fight game where they take tons of the main characters from Castlevania and just.... just look.
Grant (A HUMAN thief from Castlevania 3, who they just made into Voldo)
Death (The grim reaper whose now has no cloak and has been turned into a... weird Hot Topic pirate?)
Simon (The most recognized protagonist of Castlevania, whose design I can only assume came about from the developers looking at the BDSM jokes made online about his whip and decided to make it a reality because.... ugh.)
God, what a mess.
Edit: Format with the pics got weird on the original post.
I prefer to get new if possible, though sometimes you gotta go used if the game is super rare or old.
@daredevils2k: You should, Yakuza is a great series. I started on 4 and have been loving it since.
Honestly, this whole year has been great for the PS4. This just adds to the awesome library of exclusives on Playstation.
Honestly, I'm into it. Granted, I still don't care about Rabbids and will probably make an all Mario character team the first chance I get. But despite that, the gameplay looks actually fun and I really like the movement combo system. I'm looking forward to this one.
