I'm at Chapter 6 in the game and am apparently extremely underpowered. Where is a good place to train my guys up. The Arkdian Ruins are too powerful for me. Help?

It doesn't seem like there is a lot of positive for either SOCOM games.  Any game suggestions are good.  You can ignore the games in the poll.
