And Sony does have pretty good exclusives...too bad gaming doesn't revolve around exclusivity, and yet the fanboy wars depend on the "exclusivity" argument..../facepalm
Those 8 or 9 games don't justify the purchase for me unfortunately...I like to play games, but I also like to mod them and I like mouse + keyboard more for controls...
Highly rated by whom? Reviewers? Or masses of console gamers? I prefer my narrow criteria for what I consider quality games, and they are all on the PC...
In general, the quality of games on consoles are mediocre IMO...2 or 3 top games per year hardly justifies buying a new console IMO
You actually think that people's complains' had an influence on this decision? That internet rage had any direct influence on Microsoft? Don't you have anything better to do than bashing people randomly?
Microsoft policies made people to think twice before preordering, and it was Microsoft who changed the policies...your 10+ family plan was ruined by Microsoft after people decided to no blindly preorder...you just throw shit at Sony fans(and most of the Sony fans aren't smarter than you, unfortunately), when there's another segment of gamers who are not partisan fanboys of either platform...
It's not the complaining that helps...it's the voting with your wallet...change as a drastic as this in a company's strategy is based on solid figures, not internet moods...and the only solid figures that they have in this moment are preorders.
Don't overestimate the voice of the consumer that much...it's the wallet that counts
