Jump Superstars (I dont have ulitmate :( ) and Fire Emblem in the GBA slot.

Mario Kart has pretty good Wi-Fi, as does Diddy Kong racing. Animal Crossing let's you invite others to your town (or vist others) and chat with them, but it's not very intersting and it requires friend codes. Metroid Prime Hunters has Wi-Fi, but I can't speak for that because I don't own it.

Jump! Ultimate Stars has great Wi-Fi fights, and it's my personal favorite, but it's an import and will probably run you $40.
