@Xristophoros: if it let's you download the games and they work well, fine it's worth it...but it probably won't. Also I said just about every great rpg. On Craig's got the ps2 with 2 controllers a pile of ps2 games and memory card for $30. Sold ps2 games and pieced together ff anthology, ff tactics, ff7, ff8, ff9, Star ocean: second story, Legend of dragoon, Grandia and Crono Cross all for less than $100. Obviously not every rpg but more than this $100 gimmick will have more than likely. Also with the component cables picture quality isn't bad especially with those games, PS2 games look awful but the smoothing effects for PS1 games makes it ok. As much as you've commented I can tell it's for you so no problem.
@Xristophoros: no they don't need his luck they just need idiots to buy it... Possibly you? I bought a PS2 last year for 30 bucks and have acquired just about every great RPG for PS1 for less than 100. It also has component cables hooked up to my 4K TV.
@skektek: while Red Dead 2 is absolutely going to be the shiz...I'm actually super stoked about the Final Fantasy announcement. Absolutely buying those on xbox and a couple for switch.
@airdrigh: I would bet money that at least two to four hours of a 20-hour game are filler and fluff. Also I make pretty good money and sixty bucks isn't just whatever but then again I'm very smart with my money. Take Resident Evil 7 for instance I waited till that game was 20 bucks beat it in a week and felt like I got my money's worth if I would have paid 60 I would have felt ripped off.
