@sealionact:

Actually you can turn off the light and disable speaker on the controller via setting menu on your PS4.

@xenomorphalien: I never said ´mental’ Help I said professional but good you know where you’re at. Besides, Crackdown 3 failed miserably and I was just sharing the news with everybody you have to learn how to stop getting triggered every time MS/Xbox flops a project and then start attacking people.. again look at your post above, there are 2 possible conclusions, either you’re a kid and am wasting my time with you or a sad adult and again am wasting time with you. Dog ? 8 year old ? Am not a physician but some one calls people he doesn’t know a dog, that’s some serious stuff you got going there. I don’t get triggered over Xbox, why would I ? first I don’t hate it, I have one and currently re-playing Gears of war judgement came in bundled with Gears of war 4 and the other reason I known it’s not the best performing console in games and sales and MS have made some seriously bad decisions but I really don’t care. Am afraid am going to have to ignore you going forward.

@kiddynamo:

Hi Kid, Thanks for the reply to my post. I don't actually consider myself a hardcore gamer simply due to other factors being an adult of a family and can't afford time and space as I used to before.

- Micro-Transactions is a legitimate practice that has been pushed more and more on consumers over multiple platforms. Its fine there is nothing wrong with that (if some developers/publishers see this as their main revenue impacting means they're 100% entitled to it) I personally would only worry about the number of good quality games going forward primarily on PC & consoles as from recent history Micro-Transactions dedicated titles have been increasing but their quality is dropping as shown by recent EA titles for example.

- Try to argue point above and my initial post above without attacking. Adult chat is also fun :)

- "No such thing as enthusiast reading enthusiast press" we live in gaming matrix - yet there are good titles dropping every year we still have 100s if not 1000s of decent developers of all genres and sizes who are prepared to sacrifice practices like Micro-Transactions and prefer to build a long relationship with their customers over many years and titles. I agree its not as it was 10-15 years ago and that number of good titles has seen a decline but right now I don't think we need to be that pessimist.

- Companies (gaming related or others) control several factors ranging from products, marketing, finance economic/industry climate impact to public image and significant market presence. The one thing they have no control over is ....... consumers. Whining, demanding etc is not going to make a lot of difference to the strategy of any company to result in screwing and/or abandoning their audience. By the way if you research a bit more you'll find multiple different types of industries where consumers deemed as unreasonable this is not restricted to game devs/pubs.

All jokes aside, I really think you need professional help (seriously) you're just way too aggressive for nor reason, as you can see from my comments above I am using LOL a lot as this is never a big deal but your replies show dangerous signs, assuming what people are, what age they are, what they should do, bringing family to the conversation, use of over the top inappropriate language etc. Chill bro don't let simple things get under your skin that much over a game/platform.

Have you tried to drop all gaming related for a while and just do something else ?

Sports, Travel etc

I highly suggest that (seriously) and I mean no mockery.

Peace.

MS is taking direction Gaming Netflix (quantity over quality) a lot of mediocre titles and some old 3rd party games and already supporting MS promotional YouTubers and other social media outlet participants preaching to ignore critic scores and game receptions. I won't be expecting any AAA smash hit from any of the studios they purchased these kind of games cost a lot of money to put on Gamepass for 10 bucks a month. But its perfect for the "don't care" casual gamers.

I think the main focus of this for MS/Xbox is to be in a commercial space by themselves distancing the company from Sony which is not a stupid thing to do since they cannot compete and constantly compared. Emphasis will be on cloud gaming, gamepass, game as a service and other social and media features. Those who want to play Halo Infinite and Gears 5 on a disc based console will have their Lockheart at a reasonable price to do so but expect a hyper aggressive marketing campaigns to sell you the cloud stuff. Just a route to escape previous failure and try out a different market.
