i think the guy is right, $500 is still affordable. I would get a ps4 for that price as well. Anything $600 and higher is overpriced for a console though.

Not that i'm buying his restrixtbox anyways

it's basically they want to fight gamestop/retailers and make games cheaper

2 things wrong with his logic:

1) Whats to guarantee the games will get cheaper and the extra margin doesn't go to Microsoft/publishers. Look at digital purchases in the store now.... They never drop in price and retail bundles are cheaper then digital DL

2) I DON'T HAVE to go to Gamestop and get ripped off if i wanna resell my used games. Amazon/Ebay/friends are all valid options. Also you are killing rentals which are a cheap alternative
