Some of the worst announcing I've heard in a long time.  They rode the young QB the entire first half when his receivers dropped at least 4 balls and then they praise him when he throws 2 TD's.  It's amazing how much Musberger and Herbstreit think they have to talk during a game, it would have been better on mute.

At least it turned into a decent game at the end, but that 3rd quarter was brutally boring.

Who else hates FOX's coverage of the BCS games? Stop showing the fans every 2 seconds and show more replays, etc. I also hate Sam Rosen and Tim Ryan covering the NFL, but them doing college is tons worse.geaux321

Couldn't agree more, they are more worried about showing the cheerleaders and the bands than showing the game.  It does make for a fantastic drinkin game though, just drink every time they show a band.

I knew the Big Ten would do better than last year (kinda hard to do worse). But I honestly didn't think it would give nearly as good a showing. Now with the talks of "seriously" looking into adding a 12th team (please god let this be real), and adding in this year's bowl performances, I think all the trashing of the Big Ten will die down a bit next year. Except around here of course, I already know I'll here nothing but crap from all of you about my team and conference. :Psith_acolyte15

I hear that, that's why I stopped coming here.  You say anything about a Big Ten team and it's a instant flame war.  Glad to see the Big Ten win some bowl games this year, I had a ton of fun down at the Wisconsin bowl game listening to Miami fans living on their past accomplishments.  Wisconsin took it to Miami.

That one turned into a laugher real quick... Texas just looks bad without McCoy, hopefully he can get back in there or this one is over.

The opponents for all 2010 regular-season games have been determined and a complete list of each team's home and away matchups was issued today by the NFL.

The scheduling formula implemented in 2002 with realignment guarantees that all teams play each other on a regular, rotating basis. After the 2008 season, a decision was made to continue with the same rotation in 2010.

Under the formula, every team within a division plays 16 games as follows:

• Home and away against its three division opponents (6 games).

• The four teams from another division within its conference on a rotating three-year cycle (4 games).

• The four teams from a division in the other conference on a rotating four-year cycle (4 games).

• Two intraconference games based on the prior year's standings (2 games). These games match a first-place team against the first-place teams in the two same-conference divisions the team is not scheduled to play that season. The second-place, third-place, and fourth-place teams in a conference are matched in the same way each year.

The official 2010 schedule, with playing dates and times, will be announced in the spring.

NFL Kickoff 2010 Weekend will begin on Thursday night, September 9, and the regular season will conclude on January 2.

Wild Card Weekend will be Saturday and Sunday, January 8-9; Divisional Playoff games on the weekend of January 15-16; and the AFC and NFC Championship Games on Sunday, January 23.

The 2011 Pro Bowl will be played at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii (date TBD).

Super Bowl XLV at Cowboys Stadium in North Texas will be played on Sunday, February 6.

Is anyone else watching Chargers vs Falcons?

thetallterror

Nope, Bears v Broncos.  Cutler looks pretty good so far, he's hit Olsen on a few nice passes.
