i personally believe it depends on the game you play. some have their merits some dont on certain consoles. take dragon age: best on pc obviously, but better on ps3 but i agree thatMW2 looks better on xbox than on ps3
i still think however you cant top books for storytelling and even imo being emmersive. with games and movies you arent left with much to imagine for yourselves whilst in books the story is combined with your imagination so if you wanted to you could in your head make the protagonist in your image if that makes sense.
ive got an example of a very good story with mediocre gameplay. max payne. also i believe films and theatre cant really say say they have any interactivity. you just sit there watching a story which doesnt include you in any way. you dont(well i dont) normally feel any emotion towards the characters and thier stories are usually very easy to figure out.
to zunit88 theve made prototype terabyte blue ray disk and stop dissin the 360 coz u dont mmany games with graphics which exploit the ps3s hardware so games most games look just as good as oneanother on both consoles
