Im just gonna make a youtube video with fraps and show you how spazticly weird this **** is it Rises frames sometimes with 4xaa..........and i checked its emulation to directx9 because my 3870 beats this 5770 at all dx9 games but wins at all dx10 and up applications watch im makin a video look at the **** thing its just a jackass

Well now i get 55 to 60 fps in crysis no matter what even at a 300 core clock its still 50fps even at 960 core 60fps idk wtf is wrong the 3870 was amazing with OC this card doesnt even care what i do

No im not being a "noob"........It wont go away at stock 1200 and it wont go away at a 300 core clock its just THERE and wont get worse or better no matter even if i clock to 1445 memory it wont get the **** off

Ok i get 71 fps on crysis overclocked looking streight up and 40 to 50 in combat or moving around etc so i blame dx9 emulation seeing as my cards api was dx11 only

It was a 1399.99 gaming pc that came with a 8600 and overclock tools i doubt that it BUT i loaded vista 64 and removed all nvidia drivers asap when i got it and installed a 3650 and updated from that to 3870 to this 5770 and my 3870 ran stable at a core of 885 and memory of 1320

Well when i got the card i cranked up oblivion and got about 14 frames on average with mods and open cities and thats **** my 3870 was no different.

I purchased the card and used it since a week before Christmas and it was so nice crysis on high was always 50 to 60 frames very high was like 40 to 30 with mods.Still nice.

Well i overclocked to these setting after installing crysis and that was after 1 weeks usage to these clocks:


Core:960

Memory:1360

It was stable as hell oblivion was 60fps and crysis very high was 50 to 40fps.

Now i restored my pc and installed MassEffect 1 and it was great for about a week and in the last 2 days i started seeing black boxes on my screen now and then in gameplay.....i checked my temps....With dual fans a box fan and a open psu with another fan the card was doing **** 76C!!!I contacted xfx imediatly and they said its a good temp and dont worry its normal and that the high 80s were bad temps.....wtf.....well now the boxes are gone but they always show up at that clock now....i only clock to 1240 mem and 940core and if i go any higher then its boxes of doom city.Even with 54C its boxes everywhere unless i clock low.

Ive updated my CCC reinstalled drivers.Never used Nvidia but i might go with fermi ASAP if this heap of **** keeps up with xfx because my jackass gpu company wont reply to my last 4 messages and its been 2 days now so this is gonna have to do for my customer support.


Is my card a defect?Since day one with my original clocks i only did like 17 to 23fps in age of empires 3
