@Random_Matt: to be fair, it is kind of optimisation issues thats pulling it back from reaching 60fps. Look at PUBG. If games more graphically intensive than that can hit 60fps, why shouldnt pubg? Hell, it is poorly optimised on PC too.

Besides look in the article. They did say it may be able to hit that mark and they are trying to make it run better.
