I am looking for songs like "The way I are" by Timbaland and etc.

Songs that hype you up at the club or just make you want to dance.

I am open to all genres of music.

Thank you.

Here is one site I found with the news:

http://www.videogamer.com/news/03-01-2008-7178.html

Also for the PS3 and 360.

*sigh* I guess there is only one real big exclusive now. Starcraft 2. (Spore is being released for the DS so I guess we could include that)

I am planning a build, so I want to keep up with the latest news as to what's coming out when and follow the benchmarks.

Thanks for the info. =)

A p4 machine will not bring in 500, and if it does.. the buyer doesn't know current technology. My old p4, I stripped every bit of usable part, and put it in the new comp. I have the cpu sitting on a shelf next to an x600xt.

Edit: I am talking about it w/o monitor as well. You can even get a C2D comp off the kmart site for less than 500, and all you need to do is toss a vid card and maybe 40 bucks of ram. Also, I would never buy one from kmart.. I am just showing what some crazy person might do for parts/cheap comp.

I agree. I see desktops with nice LCD monitors for around $500-$600 and have C2D, 2 gigs of ram.

Does your HDTV suffer from Ghosting or lag?
I have been hearing a lot about lag or ghosting with these TVs.

Can you list your TV model, so I know which ones are good for gaming?

I am in the market for a HDTV and if one of the tv's that you guys mention as having no ghosting, is on sale, I am going to snag it.

I am looking for something 26"-32", but please list your tv model, even it's not in the same size range.

I would also like it, if those with a HDTV that suffers from ghosting/lag, to list their model, so I know to avoid it at all costs.

Thanks, I am just trying to make this process a little less confusing.

So are there any motherboards available at the moment that will support this type of CPU?

Yes I know that 780i, x38, and P35 (I am pretty sure) do.

Or will any be coming out within the next 3 months or so?

The boards I have been hearing about (not sure when they come out) are the x48 and the 790i.

As for CPU, anything coming out with the next couple of months? If not should I go with the q6600 or one of the better dual core. (not sure which is one of the top dual core)

The pricing charts I have seen show the dual core 45nm CPUs come out january at a very good price, but the yorksfield (quads) were delayed a couple months. I would say either wait for a new penryn, or go ahead and grab a q6600 if you want, since the penryns only get about a 5% performance increase at the same clock.

And as for RAM? I should make sure my motherboard supports DDR3? Right? But at the moment DDR3 looks to be expensive...so maybe I should just something with DDR2?

DDR2 is all you need for now, ddr3 is overpriced and isn't really that great of a jump. A good amount (2-4gigs) of ddr2 should be all you need for a while.

Good luck = )

Ahh, Thank you good sir. I may just get the Q6600, since I like to multi-task. And then hopefully in the future, I will be able to pick up a good core 45nm Cpu.

My main concern with DDR2 is that it will be hard to find like DDR1 is, in a couple of years. That's why I wanted to jump on DDR3 ram if I see if for about a $100.

I am going to be doing research and purchasing a new motherboard, cpu and ram within the next 3 months.

Now I don't want to get stuck like I did with 939 socket. I made the mistake of not looking ahead, and it seems almost impossible to find decent ram or processors, at a reasonable price.

So I plan on going intel. I see that new 45nm CPU should be coming out at the end of 2008.

So are there any motherboards available at the moment that will support this type of CPU?

So many questions!

Any help is appreciated.

No sorry. Even PC's are having trouble running Crysis. And PC technology is moving very fast at the moment, I think the next cards coming should be able to run Crysis at max. (Nvidia 9 series in March)
