Well binpink, when I kept a dream log on my laptop I would write down every detail of my dream in the morning (if I had the time) as soon as I could because we all know dreams lose coherency quickly over a few hours of not remembering them.

The more you focus on remembering your dreams, the more awareness you could possibly gain while in the dream. So in essence it works like this: you remember from past experience that numbers are blurred in your dreams whatever you do. By gaining awareness of this and then dreaming, you could possibly break unawareness by noticing this recurring element and thus gain lucidity, allowing you to possible create and manipulate objects and scenery in your dreams.

Realizing this in a dream can make some excited enough that they quickly wake again but I've personally experienced that whenever you begin feeling out of touch with your dream, quickly spin around (in your dream) that you might stay in it.

Very insightful!

That's very helpful for not only remembering past dreams but also to learn what triggers lucidity in your dreams overall.ShadowJax04

Can you learn all that from keeping track of just the dreams themselves or do you also keep track of what was going on in your life at the time?

Nope. It' s a very interesting idea though. I dream a lot when sleeping, some of which dreams are pretty vivid, so I should have enough material to fill a journal. I may do it sometime.

It may be neat to do even if it's for a short time.

I used to ponder on my dreams and seek secret meanings. I should start doing it again.

Did you ever keep a dream journal?

I once had a dream that there was a cat on my lap. But then it transformed into a dog with claws that wasn' t very friendly. Needless to say, it didn' t end very well for me. :(

That's totally not a strange dream at all...  I wonder if it has some special dream meaning.

Hi, how are you?

CHOASXIII

Fine thanks.  Just a bit hungry (and bored as I mentioned).  How about you?

Does Cranium count?  I like that.  And Monopoly, Life, Ticket to Ride.

I'm normally a safe and cautious driver, better to be safe than sorry.  I'm not sure what -exactly- road rage is so I don't know if I get it.  But I do know that when another driver really makes me angry I swear like crazy and let their bad driving get to me.

Love it!  Can't wait for it to start again.  And if I heard correctly they've signed up for a few more series...?  Hoping so.

Budget and have a shopping list ready.

This is for the best.  And learn to cook a few easy healthy meals so you're not just eating frozen or overprocessed stuff.
