@de-astroturfer At least they reconsidered their original decisions (which is better than just keeping them). But I agree, it seems unlikely for MIcrosoft to keep this change of heart and they will most likely try to sneak it back in.

I agree with this to a certain extent, Sleeping Dogs was a decent game and should have sold more (haven't played Tomb Raider but I assume it's good too). However, I truly believe Square Enix do not know what the western consumers want. Yes they are a Japanese company but they need to understand that there is a huge market outside of Japan who want their brilliant Japanese games (Type-0 for Vita anyone?).
