@gamingdevil800 And suddenly the company lost my respect. The higher-ups must have known the company would have closed down within this time frame and they should have prepared. But like the worst of corporate greed they closed in order to prevent payouts and leave with something themselves. This lawsuit is perfect as it will prevent the higher-ups from leaving with a but load of cash while their employees with nothing.
And even if they are doing layoffs, they must have some kind of cash leftover. Either way. They broke the law. The law is law.
Regardless of my personal stand on their business practices, they launched some great games and it's never good when 200 people lose their jobs. I hope all of them get employed very soon!
