Because their bosses praise them when students get higher grades. Its actually been proven that if you take D students and treat them like A students, their grades increase. If you treat an A student like a D student, their grades decrease.
That Whitlock article is the first time I heard that King actually meant "a dozen NFL players" rather than "a dozen Steelers." Funny what the media does (and doesn't) pick up on.
If you only watch slasher films and play violent games then yes it will (speaking from personal experience) But if you play in moderation like 99.9% of people do, it doesn't.
