there was a PC game that was sim based and your goal was to scare the sims either out of the house or to death. i completely forget the title but the ad was in game informer issue 116 at the end of it. the cover was the matrix. can anybody recall the games title?

There are several places in the game where a message pops up, "your future is running out." Either you passed one of those, or it was the cheating. No need to cheat, because you level-up fast as it is. I played Legend of Dead Kel at Level 30, and still went up around 5 levels.

i just looked it up. basically when the guy you meet says that, you're in combat and its most likely a taunt. might have been a cheat that messed up the game because i doubt theres an anti cheat system that would bug the story to where you can't complete the game
i completely agree with both of you, i want to reinstall it but last time i couldn't beat it due to a strange bug. i heard it may have been made with some anti something in it causing the player to get only SO far in the game then when they have invested maybe 30 or 50 hours atleast into the game the main mission can no longer be played. is it true or what?
ok im thinking of re-installing this game after many months of not playing it. i stopped playing it because the main quest just gave up the ghosts. i read somewhere that either it was some sort of Anti system that did that. it was either anti-piracy or anti-cheating. either way i spent just hours beefing my character up only using some cheats like unlimited health, mana and i believe money. i did everything else naturally and beat just tons if not all the side quests i came by. i rarely did the main quests until there were no more side quests. anywho i forget which quest but after i completed it there was just no quest to do. no main quest, or anything. i believe i was in a desert area when i last played

ok i know this is an old game but i recently came by my old copy of it. i tried to get it to run and when i actually get to where i can move my character around im unable to read what anyone is saying. iv updated it using the only patch available and it didnt work. any suggestions?
