Grrr hit by a car, and the surgery to fix him was like $5000, and he never would have been the same, so I made the decision to put him down. He was very young, only about 7 months. Thanks for the nice comments guys :)

Meh, I've just got the PS3 headset. It's far from fantastic and it hurts your ear after a while, but it's cheap and it has long battery life

I'm a parent and my kid is only about a year and a half. I have played games my whole entire life, since the beginging of consoles, and grew up watching any movie I wanted regardless of rating. I have decided I would rather my kid be subjected to quality entertainment, than worry about a subjective rating put in place by corrupt MPAA or politicians or whoever it is that rate videgames. I'd much rather talk to my kid and be open about these things because I think that is MUCh better than subjecting him to the idiotic empty garbage that is marketed to kids these days.

However, having said that, he is only a baby still. I don't want to play any games in front of my kid that might scare him (given his age). So while shooting dudes in Uncharted is okay, I think,I don't think he should see me playing Dead Space or Resident Evil or Silent Hill or something like that. I'd feel bad if he was having nightmares because of some graphic images I let him see.

Yup, this. I would rather let a kid play a mature game than subject them to the godawful Disney Corporation. Anyway I was playing GTA 3 when I was like 8, and I turned out fine(I think)
