Thing is... most animals don't understand that. They have no concept of ethics. We do. So unless you want to admit that you are no better than any other animal, start using your rational thought and thinking like a compassionate human who REALIZES that inflicting a torturous death on another living being is immoral.
Those are the very reasons why animals are not worth bothering or caring with.....
And no torturing an animal is not the same in any way as torturing a human.Animals may feel stuff but certainly not in any way near the same way as humans.....
