It seems I'm stuck on level 37 with 99.37%, I've waited 3 days just to see if it would eventually go up to 38 but so far no luck. I haven't had a moderation since the beginning of 07 so I doubt that's holding me up, and I visit the site everyday so its strange I cant get past 99%. any help is appreciated.

Once installed you can play any offline steam game without using the Internet in anyway.

They will make one, its one of their most popular franchises. The reason we haven't heard anything about it is because the team who make the Hitman games are working on Kayne and Lynch, a kind of freedom fighters meets hitman type game.

You can use your map to instantly travel to any town, and once you find certain places like caves or dungeons etc. you can fast travel to those places as well. Another thing Oblivion uses a scaling system so the enemies you face level up with you, it has its advantages and disadvantages, for one its always a challenge and for people who don't want/ don't have the time to get the best armor and to the highest level can still enjoy it. But if your a person who likes to spend a lot of time leveling your guy up etc. you'll never feel as strong as you should.

Also you can tweak the difficulty at any time, the default setting is I guess medium. (its a sliding bar you don't choose Easy Medium Hard an so on.) so just go into options if you are really getting frustrated, although I would recommend using the default difficulty since the game is no where near as fun when you basically one hit kill most enemies.

It carries over, but don't get to excited yet I think there's only 2 PC games that have achievements and use the Live service (shadowrun and halo2) also the only way you can use any of the Live features is in a game so as of now I don't think there's a way to sign into live on your PC unless you own and are playing Halo 2 or Shadowrun.

I think some of the reasons they wouldn't don't do that is 1) game or mod downloads are much larger then mp3's and gamespot already must go threw so much bandwidth in a day it could make a grown man cry. 2) its much easier to hide viruses or spyware etc. in a game or mod download. 3) people could start uploading retail games to the site and that could cause legal problems for Gamespot. There's plenty of other problems as well but it could possibly be a subscriber exclusive thing where people could upload a game that would then go threw a process of making sure its legit then it could be uploaded to the site for people to download.

Nope you shouldn't have any problems with any games you download threw services like D2D or Steam etc. I prefer Steam but I'm pretty sure D2D has a much larger library of games. (only like Steam more since its nice to have all your games in once place and with steam you can easily re-download games.)
