I bought Substance even know I own and played Snake Eater to death, even if they added nothing else the 3rd person camera was good enough for me to want to buy it again, I cant remember if there's any extra camo's in it but there are some cool extras. Its probably pretty cheap now since MGS3 sub was only 30$ or something when it fist came out. I don't think MGO servers are up anymore but you already said you don't care about the multiplayer options.
 I watched it, I missed the first couple minutes since it was supposed to start at 4 but they had some technical issues so it ending up starting about 5-10 minutes late, I remember them playing a few different levels and trying out the different characters; they asked some questions about co-op and multiplayer which unfortunately they weren't talking about at the time and I think it ended around 4:30.
 Just so you know if your account gets suspended or banned you can contact customer service to find out why, and try to get the ban/suspension lifted.
I watched for about 2 or 3 hours, I didn't watch right from the beginning because of the technical difficulties I went and did a few things then came back around 12:30 or so; FireFox crashed on me about an hour in so maybe you had to watch it for a couple hours straight (like in some of the past live events, I think the nintendo/sony launch) or maybe you had to watch from the very beginning, if thats the case its alright if I don't get the emblem but I thought id ask either way.
I'm pretty sure the only way to not get it to count as a murder is don't do the quest for the orc, but its not a big deal anyways I would recommend doing the Dark Brotherhood quest line since its arguably the best quest line in the whole game.
