@consolehaven: But the journey ended in ME2. That's the problem... ME3 is the airplane going into the mountain with the engines on fire, and the ending is the crash... So tell me again the journey is what matters. Also, the journey (ME1 and ME2) becomes pointless thanks to ME3... So...
@Ayato_Kamina_1: Oh... Sorry. I misunderstood you... Obviously ME1 is story oriented, ME2 sadly (yet is awesome) lost the focus on the main plot, and then ME3, which I prefer not to focus much because is not even a true ME game.
@jreezy18: You either evolve to something bigger or stay basic forever. In the old days gameplay was everything, and kids love it, nowadays everyone is playing games so the expectations have changed. If you played ME1 and ME2 certainly you can understand that gameplay is not everything, in fact, in this game, it´s not even the primordial thing.
@JakeTehNub: Yep... A game... Who nowadays... well, since tetris and other great old games... has evolved, and now is more than simple gameplay. ME was a great game because the story was more important than the gameplay. ME2 was superb because gameplay and story were awesome, ME3 is crap because it has great gameplay but is a narrative mess. (and I´m saying this in the most calm way I can)....
@lpool8: ME2 the worst? Hahaha. ME1 is the best by far because is the best writing game of the trilogy. ME2 is freaking awesome (and the best for me) because it gives entrance to a superb number of characters and (while still having a stupid enemy) has one of the best structural endings (choices, decisions, consequences, epic).
ME3 stars with the destruction of ME1, then ignores ME2 (which is acceptable because ME2 was a mistake from a narrative trilogy point of view), and then kills the personality of the mais character (no matter if paragon or renegade), have a stupid main plot (i´m being nice), and one, if not the worse ending ever made who makes the two previous games a pointless mess.
