You guys know Alan wake Is still running on a Multiplat engine. If the game was developed solely for the xbox 360 than it would probably look a lot better.

300$ x58 sli 1366 atx motherboard- evga - I can go cheaper just point out a good motherboard.

95$ patriot ram ddr3 4gb 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 - I know , but its cheap. - you can still help find better ram out there for the same price.

160$ evga 250 gts 1024mb - this card will do.

150$ gameXtream 700watt psu- OCZ 12 60amps 4 12v rails each 15amps - have the same psu for my computer but mine has 64amps.

280$ intel core i7 920 2.66GHz

All I need is a good inexpensive hard drive,cd/dvd drive, a case, and a good cooling method for cheap(processor).

okay now ive tried the intel e5300 on my 790i ftw digital pwm and still no post. i switched the button for the processor to on. 1 is for core 2 duo and so on. even if i put it on 1 it still didnt work.

thats a buy. I used my dads money to buy hims a processor. now its my turn to buy him a motherboard.
