Yeah so basically if we had an opposite day, and sony got blue dragon, and lost odyssey, and eternal bell then white knight story and ffxiii would be rehashed and boring and vice versa, blue dragon, lost odyssey, and eternal bell would be old and boring... so I say enjoy what you like and what you have, because we could have none :-)

i love Microsoft and the 360 but... yesterday, i bought All-Pro Football and brought it home ready to play, i turn it on began making my team and all of a sudden it freezes... so i turn it off and back on and 3 red lights. been doing that ever since. ive only had it for 3 months after returning my first 360 with the same problem. and the thing is almost brend new b/c me or my brother barely played it till about a month ago.. bull$h!t.

good news is they are putting on the larger heatsinks and stuff now. I got mine back a few weeks ago and its been running amazing compared to my launch unit. The loading times are faster, nothing freezes ever anymore.. Even on Forza 2 and gears of wars like it used too.

Overall, the demo for Eternal Sonata was OK at best IMO. It is basically your standard JRPG. It's not as graphically impressive as I thought it would be, and looks like it could run on the Wii pretty well, but it is still very pleasant to look at all the same. I think the voice acting is pretty bad, but not horrendous. The music is forgettable at best, and I thought the battle system was just OK.

The demo for Blue Dragon again felt like your standard JRPG. I really dislike the art s-tyle, but I think the graphics are top notch. I absolutely could not stand the voice acting for Shu, the main character, and Marumaro, that little creature, but the other charaters voices were pretty decent. The game seems extremely easy cause I jumped right into it instead of reading how to play since you only have an hour for the demo, and I was able to beat the main bad guy for that part of the demo. I forgot his name, but you fought his 4 henchmen first, and then him. IMO, the battle system really shows its age. I picture some people liking the old timey battle system, and some people wishing there was something more.

Overall, I think Eternal Sonata and Blue Dragon will be good games for JRPG lovers, but it won't convert anyone into liking them IMO.peaceful_anger

I'm hoping they leveled you up a little high for Blue Dragon because it was super simple, I think the one thing is it will come down to the story and the demo doesn't show that yet. I do love the turn base games, so these are games I'm looking forward to. It's nice to see some that have had some work put into them. I also disagree on he music on Eternal Sonata. I loved it, it gave it an earthy feel. The graphical ****is a nice change from the 3D everything has went too.

I think it had something to do with being the reason Xbox360 sold that many 360s and the attach rate was pretty high. It's also a fairly hyped game in the US and Europe so if it does well there it will be a success but if it does bad then you will be able to call it a flop. Being out in only Japan and the attach rate it had, its a sucess so far.

Its an RPG, they have magic boxes... DUH :-p It's so common knowledge they don't even mention it anymore.. Its the same magic box that a sword takes the same amount of space as a magic rock. And you can only carry 255 items total.
