I just got my game and started. :D A question about natures+characteristics. I understand that the Pokemon's characteristic = the highest IV. What if my Oshawott has a Modest nature (+Sp.Attack -Attack) but is Quick tempered (Attack). Does that mean it's overall IVs are low if it's highest one is the lowered stat? I'm confused.

Well, with the little 'race' you go through in D/P/Plat, they made tranferring Pokemon another thing you can compete in, with the points and all. I don't bother with that but I can understand they're just trying to make things a little more interesting...

Unfortunately, there isn't anything similar to VS Seeker that will let you go around rematching trainers. There ARE a number of daily rematchable trainers available in various areas though as well as E4. But nothing like VS Seeker where you could have unlimited rematches in a day.

Well, that's a bummer seeing as the VS Seeker is really helpful when EV training, plus the added bonus of money.

Anyway, I wish we could complain about $39 3DS games in Australia.
Even Pokemon Black and White DS gamesare already $68 in most places here. (The cheapest I've found is $49).

Hey, that's awesome! :D Can't believe I'm excited about this little thing. I guess it's because I've always wanted to personalise my own trainer (maybe we'll be able to in the future) but in the meantime, this'll be good enough.

Gametraders is giving a Pikachu plush with pre-orders but they're not telling us what the damn price is on the website.
Game.com is selling it for $58.

What are some other options I've missed? Is anyone getting their game online from America or somewhere?
