Bluemistake just out of curiosity, would you say your parents have high levels of self-confidence, are they good in social settings, have a lot of friends, good at meetign people? I think a lot of it comes from how you are raised. Also unfortunately I think it is easy to have confidence if you're physically attractive, because if you're taught from a very early age that you are attractive and that people like you, knowing that, it's extremely hard not to be yourself and be confident. Likewise if you're taught early on through social experience that you are generally unattractive you will most likely feel bad about yourself / doubt your ability / second guess yourself / think too much about how to act.dirtydishko2
