FF is about as relevant as CoD on pc. The others on steam did ok riding on nostalgia. If we're talking $10-$15 it's a maybe for me.
If a rpg doesn't let me build a character from scratch a la Skyrim or Baldurs Gate it better be offering an utterly epic character like Geralt not an angsty, whining Japanese kid.
It's good really...especially for games that Xbox could have that wouldn't be practical otherwise, but get ready for an ocean of salty tears in multiplayer games with controller users QQing about k+m users.
Fallout 4 took a silly amount of mods to make 4k worth it haha, avoiding Bethesda's official high res pack and going for nexus mods was much better in the end.
I have to admit, despite how good 4k looks, going from 1080p/144hz to 4k/60hz was very noticeably less smooth.
I use the razer naga hex v2. It's ok, Logitech g502 and g900's are better mice in almost every way but I like having the buttons on the side of my mouse...can play something like Diablo 3 1-handed and not have to let go of my beer :P.
I also find the razer software to be annoying vs Logitech's (I have a Logitech mechanical keyboard) or Corsair's.
I have the Aorus 1080ti Extreme oc'd to 2ghz, 4690k is showing its age a bit but still humming along at 4.5ghz.
I don't know, maybe $2k total in my setup and computer? I'm looking at Ryzen in a year or so for a CPU upgrade, the 1080ti should last me about 2 years.
X1x is neat and it's a decent deal for what it is, it's just not for me.
100% try the old infinity engine games from bioware. Like others said turn on auto pause and its turn based strategy/rpg in a DnD world. Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale series are still quality. A little obtuse rule/mechanic wise but offer tons of content and replay ability. I run through BG2 twice a year or so even now.
Neverwinter Nights 2 was ok, not as good gameplay wise, but was a big jump in graphics.
