Also keep in mind a lot of multi-plat games use P2P connections and that's generally a DoA flag for most pc games. (no idea what cod uses)

Pc gamers expect dedicated servers. P2p is ok for co-op stuff I guess but it's a no-no for competitive multiplayer.

Expect Destiny 2 to flounder on pc...For Honor was given utter hell for its shit p2p connections, among other things.

Even exclusives are a moot point in the end. Persona 5, BotW are available via emulators, hell I played FF12:Zodiac Age years ago...even went for seconds after beating the trial/challenge thing that unlocked the no-exp/min level mode.

Emulators will run any game eventually.

Because PCMR folks like myself enjoy looking down from Mt. Olympus and watching console pesants fight over scraps of mediocrity. (I also have a Switch :P)

DkS1 is still my favorite. I liked 2 but the soul memory mechanic ruined the online fight clubs that made the first game so much fun. I played the third once and uninstalled, It was just old by that point...nothing bad about it I remember in particular.

Edit: I played mostly for the online duels...and I was that asshat in the undead parish with maxed out pyromancy 1-shotting new people and trolled sens fortress with the force miracle. Good times.

AMD has a hard time converting their tflops to fps output. They get higher tflops on several cards but Nvidia cards deliver more fps.

It's like a high horsepower car with no torque to back it up...also dat tdw, 1070/1080/ti has better over clock potential. I've had my 1080ti at 2ghz just messing around. Pcie and 2x 8 pins maxes at 375w doesn't it?

That really doesn't sound right OP. I have Fallout 4 running 4k with about 20gb of texture mods in addition to 50ish gameplay ones. I avoided the crappy official Bethesda high res dlc.

I have god rays set to medium, AA off and draw distance on high for 60fps 99% of the time, it's sure never dropped into the 40s. Diamond City drops it to 55 or so. I haven't been to Far Harbor yet to see if the fog tanks fps or not.

I run 4690k@4.5ghz and the 1080ti overclocked just a bit.
