Honestly 30 fps at ultra settings for single player games is usually ok with me. Online gaming and single player games with lots of high speed action like a GTA4, Watchdogs etc etc I want 100 fps minimum. I will even tone my graphics down a little to achieve higher frames. That one thing that I really love and want in all my games is for them to run buttery smooth.

Don't look like Predator. In L4D you never knew when the zombies would strike which created tension and fun. While this just looks like Serious Sam only not as serious.

I got a logitech mouse/keyboard combo pack the other day at Fry's for $24 and it's good deal. Might as well buy a monitor off craigslist etc. You can get a nice LCD for $20 or less. Not even joking. Probably can buy a harddrive too with windows already on it for less than $20. Everything else buy new, at least I would.

If you're going to overpay might as well get a good machine.

Dude it's our lucky day or week perhaps. I think there is mod for STALKER called Lost Alpha and it's releasing on April 26th. Best part is I think it's a standalone free mod/game so you won't need to buy SOC. It reworks and enhances STALKER SOC but I don't think it changes super awesome endings or anything like that. Just adds tons of rad stuff like new areas/factions/missions/monsters and upgrades graphics/textures/lighting/weather/sounds etc etc. I'm pumped to jump back into the Zone with a bunch of new toys.

STALKER SOC is greatest horror game of all time. The game will make you run, cry and hide like a little bitch. With mods the game looks spectacular. Even vanilla SOC has top 5 greatest atmosphere ever and good graphics.

Yes great great game, although not really scary.
