@Moonco: god I hate entitled gamers like yourself. These micro-transactions help to give us free DLC.
People like you want prices to stay the same and dlc to be free. that is not how the real world works. Maybe when you are old enough for a job you will want to get paid for your work too but it seems you don't want the programmers to get paid for their work.
Games are getting very expensive to make and they keep the cost down for the initial purchase by offering micro*transactions and dlc so as long as its not pay to win people like you need to shut the **** up.
@jonexotic: well then you are not paying attention, it gets new movies all the times that are barely a year old, especially if you are into indie movies
@snugglebear: but it is. Most actors and voice actors in cartoons do not get residuals so why should they? you get paid for the job you do, and that is the end of it. You then move onto your next job. That is how life works.
@soulfulDAGGER: how is that relevant? You do realize that the actors actually do get paid and their payment will reflect how much they have to do.
How big the script is and getting residuals is not connected.
the vast majority of people have no clue who voices what and don't give a crap and they certainly don't buy games based on that. Most actors and voice actors in cartoons don't get residuals they just get a payment.
Most people in life don't get residuals. Its not like, hey I get paid 100k a year but for every person that looks at the financial statement I created I should get $1. Its idiotic.
@reptile7383: i would rather they not use those guys because all that does is increase the budget of the game. There is no need for major actors to be used.
