I just want to clear one thing up: I didn't review either Lair or Warhawk. Both reviews were done by staffers. I did sign off on them, obviously, but didn't spend anything like the time our reviewers did.

It appears much of the vitriol spouted so far on this topic is from people that a) haven't read the magazine reviews but just took at face value the nonsense spouted on forums, and b) haven't played the games.

I'll make this clear: We're PS3 fans. All of us at PSM. We want the games to be great. All of them. Why? Because we're gamers, we're fans of the system, we want it all to succeed. Get over the fact that one of us worked at an Xbox magazine over three years ago. It's irrelevant. And hard as it may be, don't believe everything you read on forums (aside from this one, of course... at least this is first hand!)
