@theR34p3R terms of agreement will probably include something to protect themselves leaving you unable to sue Microsoft and retire.

Kinect was fine when it was used for game play alone.

I was interested in the X1....until...

i live in a rural area 25 miles outside of Dallas...cable internet ect is not available. I have an antenna on top of the house that points to a tower and that is how i get my internet...(which works well)....then a strong thunderstorm producing 70mph winds knocked my antenna down leaving me offline for a week. And i thought "if i had the xbox1 could i even play a game during this period?"

i'm out on the xbox1 for now.

@DarkSaber2k @bottaboomstick @walidras awesome an exception. i guess pirating is not an issue for publishers at all with pc gamers. I guess that is why you guys get every game with a quickness. smh

@walidras pirating is pirating true. but the rate of pirating on PC is much much higher. like it or not it is true and it is a factor.

@genjuroT hopefully third person...but halo and CoD makers made it...so my money is on first person.

third person would be best though.

@trivolution xbox has struggled in getting top notch exclusives. Halo was a great exclusive way back when but not so much so today. As a gamer i hope they do a better job...because sony blew them out of the water.
