Super Mario 3 and Super Mario World set the standard again for Mario game (although the original set the standard for just about all games)

Just wondering, is MX vs. ATV: UnTamed being overlooked? Is anyone here interested in this game? If anyone wants to know, it promised online play with races as well as mini-games and decent motion controls from what I have been reading. Is this game a snoozer or just not hyped enough?

"A" button for me, easier to access my missles and its feel better to hold down the "Z" button and sidestep with jump ("B" button). Feel more natural to me.

Yeah, I haven't hear, read, etc. anything on a Star Fox for the Wii. Only confirmation is him in Brawl. I'm hoping that developments is just one the low low and he doesn't miss the Wii altogther like Samus and the Prime Series did on the N64.

I love my Nyko Charger, it works well and its no hassle putting in and taking out batteries all the time. That said, rechargeable batteries can have its advantage. Like someone said before, I don't think there is a clear cut winner, it just depends on your taste. For those who have a Nyko Charger, here are two fun facts...

1. If you have a Wii Zapper, all you have to do is take off the cover and it will work fine. No need to use to change batteries and backs.

2. If you have a Wireless WaveBirdGamecube Controller, the Nyko Batteries fit snug, although you have to leave off the back cover.

I bought my Wii on launch day and it still runs as good as the day I got it :)Fredrick2003x

Had mine since launch as well, has a little scare when a bad storm came threw but my Wii has held up. I take it A LOT of places, so it has some mileage on it.

I'm gussing 2011 is when Nintendo will release a new system. (this fits with the 5 year average console life span)ThePlothole

Agreed, it will run it course until the Big N comes with the New Console. I mean, it isonly a year and about a month old and its still the best selling item this season so it still hasn't gotten to everyone who wants one. Not to mention when sells start to slow down andNintendo starts introducing new colors and the c-l-a-s-s-i-c bundles that they will come out with. (i.e. Wii, Wii sports and Wii play packed in, two controller, two nunchucks, and Super Mario Galaxy in your choice of blue, red, green, black, purple, or pink, yeah, you know its coming in about 2009-10)

I enjoy the fact that the Wii does do what is says, bring people together to play some games. From a little kid to a much older person, everywhere I have taken it, it has been a hit. If only I would get advertising commission from the Big N, I would be a multi-millionaire. Its really fun and inviting. It really appeals to all when you give it a chance. The downside is the online, which I believe they are still working, but it is lacking voice chat and availability. Hopeful this will continue to be addressed.

I was really skeptical about the Zapper when it came out but I did want to try Link's CrossBow Training, so I bought one, my girlfriend loves FPS, so I thought she was going to get a kick out of it. When I played it, I was disappointed as I could be more effective with just the WiiMote/Nunchuck set up. HOWEVER, playing Ghost Squad, I use the Zapper, all the times, hand down. It feels better, the "B" but "Z" thing doesn't matter, I can make adjustments. The Wii Zapper is a very decent set up for Ghost Squad and hopefully, other future on rail games coming to the Wii.
