I was just wondering, is there a way to enable/disable the onscreen notifications when a friend is online/offline? Sometimes, this gets in the way of what I'm trying to see on screen and just wanted to know if there was an option available to do this. Thanks for you help

Wow, memories. It was either Elevator Action, Frogger, Pac-Man, or Pitfall on the Atari 2600. Or maybe it was Space Invaders, Galaga, or PacMan in the Arcade.

[QUOTE="bearded_snowman"]

how about you go talk to her instead of playing with a toy guitar

heretrix

That's the wisdom of the ages right there.

Agreed, just go and talk to her, to be honest, you are probably a passing thought in her head cause you come in and play this game. She might be texting and saying, "Man, this SAME DUDE is here again playing some guitar game, why doesn't he just go home and play it." Go talk to her today, be yourself and give us an update lol. (what is this, a video game forum or a relationship forum, LOL)

Ah,video games and love, sometimes, such a strange combination....

....I was reading through Jaysonguy's blog about how "SSBB is broken" and it got me thinking. I hope that that they delay this game until they get the online situation correct. I have been (and I know some of you have) experiencing some terrible lag with Brawl, which needs to be addressed. And the idea of having 12 different ppl playing in Kart is great, but if its laggy, it defeats the purpose of actually ENJOYING online.

Developers figured out that impressionable people will buy a movie-based game based on the strength of the license alone, so they don't see any reason to spend the time and money to make a good game.SmashBrosLegend

Agreed, Aladdin, Star Wars, and Lion King were of yester-year in a matter of speaking. I don't remember many critically acclaimed movie based video games by reviewers and user alike of recent times except for Spider-Man 2 and The Chronicles Of Riddick. Other than that ppl just push out mindless dribble on a every platform scale so a parent that doesn't know any better will go out and buy Alvin and the Chipmunks for their child.

I remember when I got my first NES with my brothers that faithfully night at Toys R Us. I was 5 I believe. Haven't looked back. (Had an Atari as well)
