hey guys yesrerday when i logged a window poped and said congratz you have in incresed in rank to winman or something like that and when i logged today it said recruit and when i check my status it said that i didnt play any ranked game what the hell ????

Hideo Kojima is working on Xbox 360 games ? i thought he is working only on MGS on ps3 now can anyone tell me what games is he working on and if the games are cross platform ?
