If this is true its a pretty bad move. Gamers lend games to each other all the time this would completely destroy that ability.

The PS4 announcement wasn't breathtaking or anything but it still completely blows this reveal out of the water. It's like Microsoft didn't even try to be creative Steven Spielberg aside.
