Oh I had this problem when I first got my ps3. I have a D-Link Router, had to change the Authentication to Open System instead of Shared Key. Everything worked fine after i did that.
Oh yea, if this is the error you're getting error 8013013E then its prob the authentication like i said before. Hope it works. Good luck
But there is a certain wow factor in oblivion though. I mean when you first start, the horse is kinda cool. And also u badly want money so you can the good armour. But running through a "dungeon" does get tiresome at times and covering great distances by foot is boring because there is nothing really substantial you encounter in between 2 points. Overall it's not the greatest RPG but it is sure as hell a good experience and a great game. Black and White 2 you should check out if you have only played B&W 1. The creature controls are a little smoother and it's a nice game and you will most certainly enjoy it. I'm currently playing that at the moment. Haven't reached too far in it to hint at how it ends or how the story goes. But check them out.
You may also want to check and see if you have your router Authentication set to "Open System" and not "Shared Key". I have a D-Link router and that was the main problem for me, not so much a weak signal.
