or you could make sure it has at least 6" around each side, preferably more, and don't keep it on for 24 hours straight.

that 6 inch theory is bs i had my ps3 with 6 feet of free space on each side still same ish
if u want a challenging game get ninja gaiden, yea its hard but who wants a game that u just breeze thru?
put a fan towards the vents of the ps3 BUT MAKE SURE U PUT IT TOWARDS THE CORRECT VENT OR IT WONT WORK, ok on the side of the ps3 where u put the disc in find the vents (its llike under where u put the disc in, right by the usb holes where u charge the controller, this is where the fan should be fanning towards, prefferably directly into these vents, if u notice the back of the ps3 (where you connect the wires and cables and stuff) this place gets very hot during play because this is where the hot air comes out of, dont put the fan facing the back of the ps3, put the fan facing the front vents and it will help push all that hot air thru the back and keep it from getting overheated, my ps3 would always overheat untill i figured out to do this, and the reason most people get the YLOD is cus the motherboard overheats, some of u might notice how sometimes when the ps3 overheats it starts making a loud noise cus its trying to cool itself down, once i started doing this my ps3 has never overheated again, hope this helps message me if u have any questions
damn that suks ass, knock on wood but i havent heard much about this happening to many 40 gig ps3s , maybe im wrong or the 20 gig
u know , when to go to gamestop.com and u click on the game, under the price theres a spot where u type in your zip code and it gives you all the local stores around your area that have the game in stock, try that, or get it off ebay or amazon, not that hard, its not like final fantasy 7 for ps1 which sells for $150 in many places
which RPG game actually has you fighting during battles, and not pressing start / attack/ and simply watching your guy set some spell and not have you doing anything, r there any rpgs that actually have u fight during battles, i guess i mean an rpg that has alot of action????
hahaha no this isnt true, the ps3 will be around for a while, it was released a full year after the 360 so it has less units sold, and the price tag ramains high, also they make more money off each system because its sold for four hundred and not two hundred like the 360, so if they sell 50 thousand less units they still make more money, ur friends r dumb or young kids
