@Atzenkiller: I'd have to say that it isn't exactly a public trial, otherwise we'd know more specifics at this point. We live in the age of the interwebs my friend, where EVERYTHING seems public, even when it shouldn't be.
@Atzenkiller: Well, I wasn't present in the courtroom, but it seems to be implied that it was files dealing in VR tech, and also it seems, he may have attempted to destroy evidence. I'm sure they had some kind of evidence, otherwise they'd be laughed out of court. I guess we all just need to wait and see once the trial is over. Don't take me the wrong way, I'm not picking a side in this race, I was just attempting to answer your question.
@Atzenkiller: The accusation is that Carmack took files from Zenimax while employed by them and took them to Oculus, which if he signed a nondisclosure agreement while at Zenimax, would be illegal. In the tech industry, I would assume that an NDA is a highly used legal document. Heck, years back when I worked in the interior/exterior door industry, I had to sign an NDA.
@Warlord_Irochi: I'll be checking out the Chocobo thing in FFXV, but afterwards, I'm hopping onto this. Zestiria was a bit lackluster, but the demo for this one caught my attention.
